Whether you’re a seasoned crocheter or new to the craft, this pattern is designed to be fun and accessible, perfect for creating your very own suspicious crew.

There’s an Imposter Among Us! Do You Know Who?
For those unfamiliar, Among Us is a thrilling party game where a team of ‘crewmates’ works together to complete tasks on a spaceship, all while trying to identify ‘imposters’ secretly trying to eliminate them. The suspense, the debates, the accusations, and the exhilarating discovery of whether you’ve ejected a crewmate or the true imposter – it’s pure fun!
It’s no wonder that after seeing the huge demand for my popular Fall Guys Amigurumi Pattern, the requests for an Among Us design flooded in! Characterized as a party game similar to “Mafia,” Among Us provides endless opportunities for persuading, bluffing, manipulating, or lying. Fun times!
Hmm… Green is acting “sus”.
The Adorable Design: Crochet Your Own Crewmate & Dead Body
The iconic simplicity of the Among Us crewmates makes them perfect for amigurumi. The design is pretty straightforward: a body in a spacesuit with a space helmet and a backpack. The shape of the crewmate even cleverly resembles the letter ‘A’ – a detail the game makers use in their logos!
And for an extra touch of creepy-cute, I’ve even included the “dead body” pattern as well. This version looks like the body cut in half with a bone sticking out the center – all very non-gory, but perfectly capturing that quirky game aesthetic. This **Among Us crochet pattern free** will guide you through creating both the living and the… well, *ejected* versions!

Row 17: Ch 5, turn, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across – 4 sc. Sl st to join to next st on the BODY.

*Do not fasten off, but leave the loop and we will come back to this portion. You will now sew the LEG SEAM down by folding it down in the center of the Body to create the 2 leg openings. From where you left your last st, count 10 sts around. The 10th st is where you will begin to sew the LEG SEAM down. You will sew it across 4 sts. Cut a short piece of same colored yarn to use as a thread to sew down.
Now you should have 2 Leg Openings. Stuff the Body and stuff as you go.
LEG
Now we are ready to go back to the loop we left off (*)

Tips for a Perfect Among Us Amigurumi
- Making it Stand Up: If your crewmate is a bit wobbly, tightening the stitches in the last rounds of the legs or creating a slight “dip” on the sole can help. As discussed in the comments, using a yarn needle to pull a stitch down from the bottom of the body can create stability.
- Scaling Up or Down: Want a mini keychain or a cuddly plushie? You can easily adjust the size by using thinner or thicker yarn, or by double/triple stranding your current yarn. A smaller hook for tighter stitches can also prevent stuffing from showing through, as noted by fellow crocheters.
Happy crocheting, and remember to watch out for those suspicious crewmates!
