Materials You’ll Need

Crochet the Miniature Socks

We’ll start with the main body of the sock using red yarn, then add the heel with white, and finish off with a white cuff.

Sock Body (Red Yarn)

Using Red yarn:

  1. Round 1: Make 7 single crochets (sc) into a Magic Ring (MR). (7 stitches)
  2. Round 2: Increase (inc) in each stitch around. (14 stitches)
  3. Rounds 3-5: Single crochet (sc) in each stitch around for 3 rounds. (14 stitches per round)

Do not cut the red yarn! Leave it attached; we will come back to it. Now, we’ll work on the heel.

Heel (White Yarn)

Switch to White yarn:

  1. Work 8 single crochets (sc) into 8 stitches of the previous red round (R5). This will form the base of your heel. (8 stitches)

Change to White yarn:

Crochet the Miniature Mittens
