Materials

  • Wolans Bunny Baby yarn:
    • Color 32 (Green) – for the body
    • Color 44 (Yellow) – for the head
    • Color 52 (Pink) – for the petals
  • Crochet hook size 4 mm
  • Stuffing
  • 10 mm safety eyes
  • Black embroidery thread for detailing
  • Scissors
  • Needle

  • KA – Magic Ring
  • vp – Chain Stitch
  • sbn – Single Crochet
  • ssn – Double Crochet

Instructions

Body-Head

Starting with Green (Body):

  1. Round 1: 6 sbn in KA (6)
  2. Round 2: 6 pr (12)
  3. Round 3: (1 sbn, pr)*6 (18)
  4. Round 4: 8 sbn, 4 ssn in 1 base with a common top (leg), 3 sbn, 4 ssn in 1 base with a common top (leg), 5 sbn (18)

  6. Round 8: 4 sbn, leaf (6 vp, ss, sbn, half double crochet, ssn, ss2n), 7 sbn, leaf, 6 sbn (18)

Stuff the body firmly.

Change color to Yellow (Head):

  1. Round 10: 12 pr (24)
  2. Rounds 11-13: 24 sbn (3 rows)
  3. Round 14: (2 sbn, ub)*6 (18)

Insert safety eyes between the 3rd and 4th rows of the head, with 3-4 sbn between the eyes. Stuff the head.

  1. Round 15: (1 sbn, ub)*6 (12)
  2. Round 16: 6 ub

Tighten the hole, secure the thread, and cut off.

Petals

Cast on 27 vp, in the 3rd vp knit – 3 ssn in 1, 2 vp, ss in the next stitch, ss in the next stitch, and then along the vp chain knit 7 more petals (2 vp, 3 ssn in 1, 2 vp, 1 ss, 1 ss)*7. In the end, one loop will remain, knit in it one more ss.

Detailing

Make eye shaping as usual. Embroider mouth and eyebrows. Only after that, sew on the petals in a circle.
