Crochet Bunny with Overalls and Headphones
Materials
- Yarn in your choice of colors (e.g., white for the rabbit, yellow for the overalls, and another color for the headphones)
- Crochet hook appropriate for your yarn weight
- Fiberfill for stuffing
- Yarn needle for sewing pieces together
- Scissors
- Black embroidery thread for facial details
Abbreviations
- MR – Magic Ring
- ch – Chain Stitch
- sl st – Slip Stitch
- sc – Single Crochet
- hdc – Half Double Crochet
- dc – Double Crochet
- tr – Treble Crochet
- inc – Increase (2 sc in the same stitch)
- dec – Decrease (sc 2 stitches together)
- FLO – Front Loop Only
- BLO – Back Loop Only
- (…)* – Repeat the instructions in parentheses the specified number of times
Gauge
Gauge is not critical for this project. However, it’s important to use a hook size that results in tight stitches so the fiberfill stuffing does not show through the fabric.

Note: There appears to be an error in the original pattern from R28 onwards. The stitch counts do not align with standard amigurumi closing techniques. We have transcribed the pattern as it was written. A typical closing sequence from 18 stitches would be R28: [1 sc, dec]*6 (12), followed by R29: 6 dec (6).
R28: [5 sc, dec] 6 times. (30)
R29: 6 dec. (24)
Finish stuffing the head firmly. Fasten off and weave the yarn tail through the final stitches to close the hole.

Assembly
- Sew the arms to the sides of the body, just below the neck.
- Fold the bottom of the ears flat and sew them to the top of the head.
- Sew the earpieces to each end of the headband.
- Place the headphones over the rabbit’s head, positioning them over the ears. You can add a few stitches to secure the headphones in place if desired.
- Using black embroidery thread, stitch the eyes and a small nose onto the face.
- Weave in all remaining ends securely.
