Humps (make 2)

Rnd 1: 6sc in a mr (6)
Rnd 2: (inc) x 6 (12)
Rnd 3: (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18)
Rnd 4-5: (2 rnds) 18 sc (18)

Joining Humps to Create the Little Heart

Rnd 6: With the 2nd hump still on your hook, take the 1st hump and count 9 sts back from the st you stopped. Insert your hook in the 9th st and start working 18 sc around the 1st hump (as you work along, hide the yarn tail you left on the 1st hump behind your work. Guide the rest of the yarn tail out of your work at the point where the two humps join, so that you can use it later to sew the gap between them), 18 sc around the 2nd hump to finish the rnd (36)
Rnd 7: 36 sc (36)
Rnd 8: (4 sc, dec) x 6 (30)
Rnd 9: 30 sc (30)
Stuff as you go
Rnd 10: (3 sc, dec) x 6 (24)
Rnd 11: 24 sc (24)
Rnd 12: (2 sc, dec) x 6 (18)
Rnd 13: 18 sc (18)
Stuff well until the end
Rnd 14: (1 sc, dec) x 6 (12)
Rnd 15: 12 sc (12)
Rnd 16: (1 sc, dec) x 4 (8)
FO and close the hole by inserting your needle only through the 8 front loops of the last rnd.
Take the yarn tail you left outside of your work and sew the gap closed between the two humps.
