Finished Mini Panda Amigurumi

  • Finished Size: Approximately 5cm tall

Materials and Tools

  • Yarn: Wolans Bunny Baby (White – approximately 7g, Black – approximately 4g)
  • Hook: 3.5mm crochet hook
  • Eyes: 7mm safety eyes
  • Tapestry needle for finishing
  • Scissors
  • Fiberfill for stuffing

Special Stitches & Important Notes

  • Leg (Bobble Stitch): 4 unfinished DC (double crochet) in 1 stitch.
  • Arm: Chain 4, starting from the second chain from the hook, work 1 HDC (half double crochet), 2 DC (double crochet), then slip stitch (sl st) into the base (the same stitch where the chain originates from the body).
  • Important Note: The Legs are crocheted with black yarn.

Pattern Instructions: Mini Panda Body

White Color

  1. Row 1: 6 sc (single crochet) in MR (magic ring) (6 stitches)
  2. Row 2: 6 inc (increase) (12 stitches)
  3. Row 3: (1 sc, inc)*6 (18 stitches)
  4. Row 4: 5 sc, leg, 6 sc, leg, 5 sc (18 stitches)
  5. Row 5: 18 sc (18 stitches)

Black Color

  1. Row 6: 6 sc, arm, 8 sc, arm, 4 sc, 1 sl st (18 stitches)

White Color

  1. Row 7: 5 sc, arm towards you, 8 sc, arm towards you, 5 sc (18 stitches)
  2. Row 8-9: 18 sc (2 rows) (18 stitches)

Insert eyes (7mm) between rows 8 and 9. Begin stuffing the head firmly.

  1. Row 10: (1 sc, dec (decrease))*6 (12 stitches)
  2. Row 11: 6 dec (6 stitches)

Close the remaining stitches with a needle, weave in ends securely.

Ears (Black Color)

For each ear, attach black yarn to the body in the designated stitch:

  1. 1st stitch: Attach yarn to the body, in the same stitch HDC.
  2. 2nd stitch: Sl st.

Repeat for the second ear on the opposite side of the head, positioning them symmetrically.
