Use a strong white thread (GALACES 0.55, single strand, about 20 cm) and a 15 cm needle. Insert the needle at point 1 (center of neck), exit at 2; insert at 3, exit at 4; insert at 5, exit at 6. Tie the two ends together and pull gently to create cheek indentations. Bury the thread inside the head.
Embroidering the Face
