Free Baby Koala Crochet Pattern
Inner Ear (make 2):
Crochet with white yarn.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: 3 sc in next st, sc in next st, inc, 3 sc in next st, sc in next st, inc [12]
Rnd 3: (inc 3 times, sc in next 3 st) repeat 2 times [18]
Sl st in next st. Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.

Nose:
Crochet with black yarn. Don’t stuff.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (sc in next st, inc) repeat 3 times [9]
Rnd 3-5: sc in all 9 st [9]
Rnd 6: (sc in next st, dec) repeat 3 times [6]
Weave in the yarn tail in front loops of the rest 6 stitches with your hook or sewing needle, then pull to close the hole.
Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.

Assembly:
- Sew the head to the body.
- Sew the ears between Rnd 10 and Rnd 17 of the head.
- Sew the nose between Rnd 14 and Rnd 22. Embroider a line under the nose.
- Sew the white belly onto the front of the body.
- Sew the arms at the sides of the body, 1 round lower, than the neck seam.
- Make thread joints for the legs at the level of Rnd 6-7 of the body (as shown in the picture). To prevent indents, pull the needle out between the loops and carefully insert it into the same hole. Make several movements with the needle, pulling the thread tightly.
- Tint the cheeks with rouge or soft pastel.
- Tie a bow on the neck.
